Leading on from our video explaining Lateral Breathing, (breathing the Pilates way) explaining how to perform Lateral Breathing and activate Transverse Abdominis contraction through Pelvic Floor activation, this video moves on to explain how to create and maintain a Neutral Pelvis and more importantly a Neutral Spine 🙂 We then move onto how to perform Imprinting and a Pelvic Curl.
