This is the third video in our series – showing Pilates exercises to release neck tension series 🙂

Watch as we show you an easy and very effective stretch to release and open up the chest area in order to have you standing taller. This stretch helps to release tension and pain in the upper shoulder and neck areas as well as reverse the rounded shoulder and forward head position that sitting for long periods at a desk or everyday life can cause.

Remember, in order to look truly youthful you need to make sure to take care of your body in order to move with fluidity and ease.
